(1) 90% Credit (parts must be returned within 10 working days of original delivery date)
- Incorrect parts ordered by the customer and returned unused.
- Parts supplied are surplus to requirements and are returned unused.
- Customer duplicates an order.
- Customer refuses delivery.
- Customer cancels an order after the parts have been shipped.
(Cancellation requests must be received by Service Engineering prior to 4.00 p.m. on the day of shipment)
(2) 40% Credit (parts must be returned within 10 working days of original delivery date)
All Fanuc parts supplied have been quoted at the service exchange cost, which has an allowance of 40% discount on the faulty part. This allowance is subject to the conditions following inspection at our works. Faulty parts are valuable therefore you are advised to insure the returning goods.
A 40% service exchange has been applied to parts termed repairable provided all the information as requested on the faulty parts returns form has been completed.
- Printed circuit boards
- Power supply units
- CRT units
- Items which are categorised under ‘repairable’ – if in doubt please contact our office before shipping the parts.
- All parts returned for inspection are subject to an inspection.
- Burnt/damaged printed circuit boards
- Printed circuit boards which contain blown tracking
- Any parts to which the customer has made modifications, attempted non-authorised repairs or removed parts i.e. fuses etc.
- Parts returned whereby the faulty parts form has been inadequately completed i.e. insufficient description of the fault in particular.
- You should advise beforehand if above conditions apply to your Fanuc return part.
